HOW TO USE
Food Products:
Follow your recipe instructions, but replace gelatin with Apple Pectin (1-to-1). If you need a thicker mixture, you can add honey to the heated pectin mixture. Since fruit-based jams already contain natural sugars, there's no need to add extra sugar.
